By engaging Public Service Partners (PSP) for services, the client agrees to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the responsibilities of both PSP and the client to ensure a successful and professional working relationship.
a) The client must maintain regular contact with PSP staff and notify them promptly of any changes to contact details, including telephone number, address, email, or other electronic communication channels.
b) PSP will make reasonable efforts to respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. However, clients should acknowledge that PSP serves multiple c) clients, and responses will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
d) PSP staff will advocate for professional and lawful objectives only.
e) Any requests that conflict with these standards will not be entertained.
f) PSP upholds strict confidentiality in all client interactions. Information shared with PSP is used exclusively for the client’s benefit and will not be disclosed outside the firm.
g) Clients must treat PSP staff with courtesy and professionalism at all times.
h) Clients are expected to provide PSP with all relevant facts and circumstances related to services being provided, even if such information may seem unflattering or detrimental.
i) Clients must honor all financial agreements, ensuring timely payments for services rendered.
j) Clients should remain fully engaged during meetings, call times, and discussions. Sessions may be rescheduled if excessive distractions hinder productivity.
a) PSP works with a maximum of 25 clients per cycle to maintain high-quality service delivery.
b) Fees are structured based on services selected, election date, and other project factors.
c) Client fundraising fees will not exceed three times the monthly fundraising total from all sources, excluding loans and in-kind contributions.
d) Service fees accrue from the moment PSP is engaged, either verbally or in writing.
e) Clients will be invoiced from the first day of service and on the 1st of each subsequent month.
f) Unpaid invoices will incur a 5% daily late fee after five (5) days of non-payment, and services will be suspended until payment is made.
g) The contract term extends through the final election day plus 15 days unless extended by mutual agreement.
h) Clients failing to meet the minimum call time requirements may be reassigned to a service model better suited to their needs. PSP reserves the right to cancel contracts for clients who do not demonstrate commitment to campaign success, including failure to provide necessary documentation, non-attendance at scheduled events without 24-hour notice, or any actions that hinder PSP’s ability to achieve fundraising goals. In such cases, a retainer fee covering 90 days will be due upon cancellation.
a) Additional services such as past campaign disclosures, website development, social media engagement, crisis communications, event staffing, field operations, political strategy, and training are billed at $500 per hour per individual. Time is calculated in 15-minute intervals and invoiced within 15 days.
b) Clients missing scheduled call times without 24-hour notice will be charged $400 per hour for the time missed.
c) Any prepaid services or materials covered by PSP are subject to a 15% convenience fee.
d) Failure to pay fees within seven (7) days of the due date may result in contract cancellation. All outstanding fees will remain due, and late fees will continue to accrue until the balance is paid.
e) Quoted fees remain valid for 15 days from receipt. Clients should verify current rates if beyond this period.
PSP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement with PSP signifies agreement to the revised terms. PSP also retains the right to terminate services if the client fails to adhere to the agreement outlined above.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PSP operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through mediation or legal proceedings within the appropriate venue.
