Public Service Partners (“We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Public Service Partners”) provides a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) to individuals who voluntarily opt in by submitting their contact information through our forms or funnels. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). If you no longer wish to receive mobile messages or no longer agree to these Terms, you may reply “STOP” to any mobile message from Us to opt out of the Program.

a) User Opt-In: The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by voluntarily opting in through our forms or funnels. Regardless of the method used to opt in, these Terms apply to your participation in the Program. All messages sent through the Program require human intervention to initiate, and no messages are sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (“ATDS” or “autodialer”). However, by participating in the Program, you consent to receive marketing mobile messages, including those sent via automated systems. Consent is not required as a condition to make any purchase or contribution.

i) Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the Program will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. Arbitration will occur in the state of Georgia, under the applicable rules of the arbitration administrator. Both parties waive the right to a trial by jury or participation in class-action lawsuits. Costs and fees will be shared equally unless the arbitrator awards attorney’s fees and costs to the prevailing party.

j) Miscellaneous: These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be communicated via the effective date at the top of this document. Continued participation in the Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
