Meet the Founder

Keisha Carter is the visionary founder of Public Service Partners (PSP), an organization dedicated to empowering first-generation candidates, advocacy groups, and nonprofits. With extensive experience in political campaigns and nonprofit leadership, Keisha has built a reputation for delivering impactful fundraising strategies, innovative campaign management, and community-driven solutions.

​Her accomplishments include:

Developing a $1.2 million fundraising strategy for a U.S. Senate campaign. Leading a finance program that raised $600,000 in four months for a Baltimore City candidate. Creating and executing successful plans for local, state, and national campaigns.​

Keisha’s expertise has been featured on platforms like CBS News, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and Scripps News where she shares insights into effective leadership and campaign strategies.
